K&N Engineering, Inc. Releases an "ALL NEW" High-Flow Complete Intake-Airbox Assembly (63-1123), designed for 2004 thru 2009 models Yamaha YFZ450 Carbureted Model Sport ATV’s.
The "All-New" 63 Series High-Flow Complete Intake-Airbox Assembly boosts Horsepower on the YFZ450 by over 4HP!* Replacing the stock airbox and intake tract, the assembly provides you with a complete rotomolded intake tube, a powder-coated aluminum airbox/heat shield and an oversized K&N high-flow air filter.
The oversized air filter is used, lowering restriction while providing increasing dirt & dust capacity. The K&N High-Flow Air Filter is washable, reusable, pre-oiled and ready for installation. The Airbox is powder-coated black, in order to withstand the elements of rust and corrosion.
A K&N supplied, remote mounted crankcase breather keeps the air filter cleaner while dissipating the extra heat and oils generating from crankcase pressure. Each kit is sold complete, with mounting hardware and hose connectors included. NOTE: Jetting modifications will be necessary to obtain maximum performance.
A K&N DryCharger™ is supplied for increased protection and longer service intervals in extreme dust or wet conditions.
WARRANTY: Covered by the K&N Limited Warranty™ for one year.
